We Believe: The Third Reason
In our personal and professional lives, there are three reasons to make almost any decision and take action:
- It’s the law.
- It's good for you or your business.
- It’s the right thing to do.
We believe, the THIRD REASON is the highest standard.
It is this “third reason” that drives our motivation everyday in never-ending ways – from big to small. It doesn’t just influence or inform our decisions, but defines our company, culture and values. It’s a statement of who we are as an organization and team of professionals, all working towards common goals… in uncommon ways.
Look, there’s no law that demands anyone to be kind, thoughtful, or treat others with respect and dignity, but these things are all clearly the right things to do.
So, how does this belief apply to leading an ethically responsible and empathy-driven business making custom t-shirts? The same way it applies to any business making anything at all, from toys to houses… or even toy houses. It applies to everything and anything. It is at the heart of everything we do, every decision we make and who we are – every single day.
Whatever we do, we’ll do it with pride, empathy and integrity because...
